In the era of future Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), should human life extension technologies advance to the point of eradicating incurable diseases, enabling human cloning, or creating immortal beings, the state and government shall have the obligation to provide all citizens with priority access rights and opportunities to these technologies and knowledge.

2. This provision ensures that the benefits of technological advancement are not monopolized by a minority but are shared equitably among all citizens.

3. The government must maintain safety, ethics, and fairness as the highest priorities throughout the process of providing these technologies.

Article 9 (Amendment of the Constitution)

1. This Constitution may be amended with the consent of a majority of citizens and the approval of the legislative body.
